This study examines how individual perceptions of the work environment reflecting psychological climate could influence stress felt by public servants. adopts a transactional perspective to argue that valuation and job itself influences perception potential stressors hypothesizes relationship between self-engagement climate, stress, intention stay in service. The proposed hypotheses are validated through cross-sectional survey 332 servants Switzerland.
